Physical Education teaches the skills and techniques of lifetime activities and sports.
Students have an opportunity to understand and apply the concepts of personal physical fitness and good health.

Activites include: archery, badminton, flag football, tennis, team handball, softball, speedball, soccer, floor hockey, volleyball, basketball, lacrosse, aerobic conditioning, new games, weight training, and other relevant fitness activities. An alternative to standard Physical Education may be offered which includes palates, yoga, aerobics, and cardio-vascular fitness. This course will be offered when the teacher is available and space permits.

Physical-Education is a required course for all students for four years.
