Qualified students may elect to take courses at a state college or university. Please contact your guidance counselor if interested. Students wishing to take courses at area colleges, under the guideline of the Massachusetts Dual Enrollment Program, must satisfy the following criteria:
Students may not take a dual enrollment course in a subject offered at the Advanced Placement level at DHS.
Participants must maintain a 3.0 in all college level course work in order to remain eligible for Dual Enrollment participation.
Students will be allowed to take only one course per semester in the Dual Enrollment Program.
All courses at an institution of higher learning will be given advanced placement weight.
Any student transferring from another high school must take at least three courses at Dartmouth High School that year for a Dartmouth High diploma, not at an evening school or another institution of higher learning.
Any summer dual enrollment course follows the same criteria as the year long program.
