IMPACT CONCUSSION BASELINE TEST
All athletes are required to complete the online concussion test every two years. The test only takes about 45 minutes to complete and will establish a cognitive baseline of information to be used to diagnose, treat and ultimately allow doctors to determine when it will be safe for students to return to competition.
All 9th graders must complete prior to trying out for their first season. The ImPact test will be administered by our athletic trainer prior to each athletic season.
Testing will take place on 11/14, 11/15, 11/16 and 11/20 after school There will be sessions held at 2:15 and 3:00. Seating is limited, so please go to the Online registration link to schedule an appointment.
If you have any questions, please email our Athletic Trainer at Chelsie Boroski- firstname.lastname@example.org to make an appointment.
